Delivery / Shipping

To provide the best customer service possible we aim to dispatch all of our parcels within 48 working hours (excluding weekend and bank holidays).

UK Orders are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard delivery or Signed For Recorded. European destination orders are posted 1st Class Royal Mail Small packets and International destination orders, parcels are sent Royal Mail International Signed For Recorded. Tracking codes provided on request.

Delivery is Royal Mail estimated delivery time. We do not hold any responsibility for delays. We will help any concerns to the best of our ability.

Combined Postage

Postage cost is per parcel and you can have an UNLIMITED amount of items. To receive combined postage is simple. Just log in using EBAY UK. Place all items you wish to buy in to your basket. When you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout and your items will be combined with one postage charge.

You can only combine items BEFORE payments are made and we cannot refund overpaid postage. Please ensure you follow this procedure or items will be sent individually.

Terms of Sale

Pour Moi Clearance do not accept liability for the return of any goods. Please ensure you obtain tracking or proof of postage when returning your item. We accept returns within 28 days of receipt, any returns made after this period will be returned to the customer. Please refer to Returns and Refunds for full details.

Payment

We only accept Paypal payments. We would appreciate payments for your order to be made within 3 days.

Returns and Refunds

If you find your item is not the desired fit or not as you expected, do not worry. We accept two options for returns.
We accept customers who use the eBay 'Return an Item' option. This service is offered by eBay, for more information or any queries about this service please refer to eBay Help & Contact.
We also accept Returns via Royal Mail. Please notify us through eBay message service of any returns prior to sending.
Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt. Please note, returns are only accepted if received in perfect and tagged condition (and have not come into contact with make up, perfume and lotions etc). Orders which are returned without tags or with damage or noticeable wearing will be returned to the customer.
In the interests of hygiene knickers and swimwear etc must be tried on over your own underwear. We do not accept returns on hosiery once the pack has been opened.

We do not offer free returns or refund any shipping costs paid for returned items. Please ensure that returns have a note enclosed with your name, eBay ID and item info.

We do not currently offer or accept exchanges. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to manage this service yet.
