Deliveries - We offer free delivery on all UK orders unless stated otherwise.We anticipate that your order will take between 3 and 6 days to arrive once your payment has cleared. Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day, this excludes bank holidays.

Amending a Delivery Address - Please be aware that once an order has been placed and payment received, we are unable to make any amendments to the delivery address. The order can only be delivered to the registered address provided when the order was placed.

Delivery Delays - In the unlikely event that your order has been delayed, please contact our Customer Care Team who can assist. Please also note that in some cases, parcels may be too large to fit through a standard letterbox and could be taken back to the local depot or left in a secure location possibly delivered to a neighbour. If you can, it would be appreciated if you could check first before contacting us.

We offer 3 types of shipping throughout the United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-6 working days
  • 24Hr courier service – Surcharge applies (no weekend or bank holiday deliveries)

The Isle of Man (IM) The Shetland Isle's (ZE) and the Western Isles (HS) or Channel Islands (GE-JE).

We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 10 days of payment not being received.

We are happy to take returns or replace faulty/incorrect items as long as you notify us within 60 days of receipt of purchase.

You must notify us prior to sending the items back.

Please ensure relevant order information is put within the parcel to enable us to process the return accordingly on receipt.

All items purchased in error will only be refunded at the cost of the item only. Postage will not be refunded if this is the case.

All faulty items will be replaced free of charge and return postage will be paid for.

Items sent in error will be replaced with the correct item and return postage will be reimbursed accordingly.

Returns Address:

In the event of any return/refund query please contact us through messages first and we will be able to advise you further.

We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid/buying amount at our discretion. Please send us a message within 7 working days if an item delivered is damaged.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the items, and is automatically lost if the item is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people.

If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect when received we will resolve the issue by taking back said item and supplying a replacement. Please note that minor issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative solutions acceptable to both parties.

Warranty: For items which are under warranty any defects in the goods which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by us either by replacement or refund. Any claim for goods or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and (if relevant), all complete accessories, instruction manuals and software and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. Any claim for defective goods or parts must be made in writing (specifying the date of purchase and invoice number) within a reasonable period of time after delivery.

If you change your mind you must inform us within 14 days and send the item back in an unused condition within 14 days. Once received we will issue you a refund within 3 working days.
