Hello and welcome to Misshoneypennys ® I started selling on eBay in 2004. It actually started off as a hobby, but turned into a full-time business run by the whole family.  We specialize and manufacture our own range of tutus, t-shirts and other products. Size, design and quantity are not a problem for us as we cater for everyone. Our designs range from sizes XS to 7XL. 

When you buy a tutu from ®, please be assured you are buying a tutu made from quality British flare free netting. We do not sell or stock imported inferior item. Our ® logo is an assurance of this.

We are proud of our brand so have protected our intellectual property rights.  Our range of baby hampers and gorgeous baby sets are made at our North Warwickshire warehouse.

These  consist of short sleeve baby-grows or short sleeved t-shirts with tutus  made from layers of dress-net. All our rhinestone designs are embellished by hand with lots of love. We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping out our items to you.  All purchases are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap where needed and sent out in boxes or opaque tamper-resistant mailbags. Payment

We accept Paypal only.
Please pay for your purchase within 3 days of purchase.
Please note if payment is not received after 7 working days an automatic unpaid item case will be generated.

Shipping

Items will not be dispatched until payment has been made.  e-cheque purchases will be dispatched as soon as the e-cheque has been cleared
Payments received for items after 13:00 will be dispatched the next working day.

If you purchase an item on a Friday after 13:00 it will not be dispatched until the following Monday as there is no collection of franked mail at the weekend.

We aim to keep our postage costs to a minimum, however, the cost that Royal Mail charge for their service is out of our hands.
Free post options will be sent out 2nd class unless over £25 then they are sent out via tracked mail.

Please note that free postage options can take between 3 - 6 working days to be delivered. If a speedy postage service is required please select one of the other postage options that will suit your needs.
These are available at checkout before making your payment. If payment has been received I cannot change the method of postage. 
For Special Delivery within the UK Royal Mail charge £8.99

For International orders, I send out via Royal Mail International Signed to ensure receipt.
Prices start from £9.99 depending on weight and location.

International delivery timescale is between 10-20 working days depending on customs clearance.
We do offer postage discounts for multiple purchase, but please email us before you make a payment so we can amend your invoice to reflect the discount. If you have already paid we cannot amend your invoice.

In the event that an item should go missing after it has been dispatched Royal Mail have advised they will investigate a claim only after 15 working days from the date of dispatch. After this time has elapsed we will claim against Royal Mail for the loss, and send out a replacement, or it not in stock, we will refund your payment.

I have been made aware that Royal Mail don't always leave a card when trying to deliver, so in the first instance please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding your parcel. Your package could have been left with a neighbour so please check with them too.

Damaged Items
If you notice any product or packaging damage please record this on the drivers? terminal OR DO NOT SIGN FOR DELIVERY.
Where possible please call us whilst the driver is still there. We may request photos showing the damage before we can determine the best course of action to take.
If you sign for an item and later advise it is damaged, liability will not be accepted by the courier or the seller.
Auctions Items:
Under Distance Selling Regulations and EBay terms and conditions sellers are not required to offer refunds and accept returns on items sold via bidding. Please make sure the item you are bidding for will work for you. We cannot give replacements or refunds for "non-compatible" or unwanted auction items. The buyer is wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered and by placing a bid you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable.

Returns

We are sorry to hear that you want to return your purchase. If there is anything we can help you with  please let us know.

When returning your purchase can you please ensure that your order is returned in original packaging with any tags or labels attached.
Can you advise the reason for the return, enclose the ebay listing number and your ebay user ID. Failure to enclose this will cause a delay with the refund process?

I ask very polity that all returns are sent back in the new condition they were received so they can be resold. If an item is not returned in an 'as new' condition which cannot be resold, according to Citizens advice: ........ you do need to make sure it?s packaged in a way that means it doesn't get damaged. Sellers can ask you to pay if something gets damaged because it wasn't packaged properly. The seller can also ask you to pay (or reduce your refund) if you've reduced the value of the item.

The goods you can't return There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including:
CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as food and flowers tailor-made or personalized goods underwear and earrings.

We do not accept return for personalised items, therefore, please ensure you have provided us with the correct details in the first instance.
