Shipping Policy

- We aim to despatch all items within 1 working days.
In most cases it will be less than 24hrs after receiving clear payment.
- All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday via tracking service.
- When parcel is booked in for delivery tracking number will be added to your order details.
You should also receive email with tracking details - please check your email Inbox and Spam folder.
- Orders placed on Friday will be despatch following Monday.

Returns Policy

- We offer 30 days return policy.
- All issues and errors must be reported within 14 calendar days and item MUST be returned within 30 days from purchase date with all accessories (CD, Cables, Manual and Inks if you order printer with inks).
