  • Manufacturing process
  • All our items are made using sublimation process where we print high quality images that are then heat pressed on to the item locking it into the item forever making them truly one off as all items are made to order.
  • We only use the highest quality sublimation blanks and inks assuring that you will receive the very best quality gifts.
  • Personalisation     .
  • If you would like your item personalised please let us know asap as delay in doing so will delay the dispatch time we will wait for 48hrs if we don't hear from you it will be posted blank. 
  • You can send us names and messages through PayPal messages or eBay messenger service's
  • To send us pictures use our email address which is at the bottom of the page under seller information our email address is also along the bottom off our eBay shop logo. Any problems just send us a message through eBay and please remember to include your eBay user name in all emails so we can link it to your order.   
  • Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via eBay giving full details of any problem along with your user ID and we will do our very best to sort it out. for you
  • Posting
  • We aim to post all items within 24-48hrs during working days but delay in letting us know any personalisation will delay dispatch if you want it left blank please let us know that to speed up dispatch.
  • All items are securely packed and clearly labelled   
  • All goods are sent via Royal Mail second class post tracked unless a different method is chosen during postage.
  • Goods will be despatched within 24-48 hrs. but please allow the royal mail 1-2 working days on top of that for delivery and around busier periods like Christmas it may take up to 2-4 days working for delivery
