DEI Versa-Shield™ is constructed using an aluminum reflective material along with high temperature rated glass fiber insulation barrier, Versa-Shield is capable of reflecting up to 2000 Degree F radiant heat. Versa-Shield is ideal for protecting starters and solenoids from potential failure caused by extreme heat, and can also be used to insulate/protect cool cans, pumps, and other boxes. Simply wrap the desired component with Versa-Shield and trim the excess material. Edges attach to itself using hook & loop edge closure design.
