If you do not receive the item(s) after 20 days from the day of shipping,
please inform me and I will send a request to the post office to have the package tracked.
The post office will then reply to me within 2 months.
If the package cannot be found after 2 months,
I will refund the item's bid amount (NOT including the postal fees).
