Returns and item condition
Domestic Returns (UK Mainland only):
  • FREE returns within 30 days of receiving the item for any reason.
  • Please use "contact seller" or open a return request to arrange return of the item.
  • No returns after 30 days.
 
International Returns (Outside UK Mainland):
  • Returns are within 30days of receiving the goods.
                 For items not as described/damaged in transit:
  • Please send clear photographs and as much information showing why you believe the item to not be as described.
  • Where it is clear that damage has been missed on the original item description we will cover any return costs and issue a full refund. 
                 To cancel the transaction/wrong item ordered/didnt read item description:
  • The return costs are to be paid by the buyer.
  • Please contact us to arrange return.
  • Please send tracking information and courier name when available.
