Shipping Policy
We understand how important it is for you to receive your purchased items quickly. We aim to ship all items within 1 working day after receiving your cleared payment.
Great Care is taken while packing items to ensure they arrive safely.
We aim to dispatch all orders before 1pm on the same day. However, all orders made after 1pm will be dispatched next day. All orders are dispatched on (Monday – Saturday)
We also dispatch via Special 'Next-day' Express Delivery service offered by Royalmail. To benefit from this service, customers are advised to select this option before checkout.
Returns and Refunds
We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please notify us before returning the item. A refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account. We cannot cover the cost of you returning the item to us.
