Solo Pencil Grips

The solo pencil grip is a larger grip that gives the user lots of surface contact with their pen or pencil. It's similar to the Stubbi or mini grip but larger in size which is ideal for older children and adults. 

They fit onto most standard pencils, biro pens and crayons. Please note, however, that it is too small to fit onto chunky or triangular writing instruments. 

Ordering and shipping 

We have all 7 colours in stock. They can be ordered as single items or we have packs of 5 and 10.

Next Day Delivery

Here, we use Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm' service. They aim to deliver toy parcel by 1pm the next working day and provide end-to-end tracking with a signature on delivery. Please note order placed after 2pm on a Friday afternoon and select this option, your parcel will not be guaranteed for Saturday. It will be posted the following Monday and guaranteed for Tuesday morning instead. All orders must be placed by 2pm for next day delivery.

Express Delivery

We use Royal Mail 24 who aim to deliver your parcel the next working day including Saturdays. Please look out for posting cards if you think you may be out. If you are expecting a deliver please check with your local sorting office as they may be holding the parcel for you.

This is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service and can take 1-2 working days to arrive.

Standard Delivery

We use Royal Mail 48 and Hermes who aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days including Saturdays.  Therefore, please look out for posting cards if you think you may be out. 

Non Delivery, Incomplete Or Wrong Addresses

Royal Mail and Argos keep parcels up to 14 days before returning to sender. Hermes and other courier companies will try 3 times to delivery your parcel before returning to sender. Hermes deliveries do require a signature so please ensure some-one will be available to sign for your goods. Due to incidents in the past, drivers are not allowed to leave parcels in bins. An admin fees of £2.95  will be deducted from your monies for all parcels returned to us due to non delivery.

Please ensure you check your address as once your order has been dispatched we are not able to amend your delivery address and you will be responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses. An admin fee of £2.95 or the cost of your postage will be payable due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at the time of ordering. A payment request will be sent for parcels that are to be reposted which will need to be paid before a parcel is resent. If you choose not to have your order reposted we will deduct the postage cost from your order when we process your refund.

 

International Shipping

Our standard international shipping is a NON TRACKED airmail service. Please note that it is the slowest delivery service available and estimated delivery times vary dramatically between each country. With that said, it is the cheapest option and has proven very reliable over the years.

If you would like a TRACKED service so you can keep an eye on where your parcel is, we strongly recommend you use our International Airmail Tracked Service for a small additional cost. Your order is tracked and you will be given a code so that you can watch it make its way across to you.

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 30 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.

All items must be returned in the unopened and unused in the original packaging.

ONCE OPENED We are not able to accept returns of Oral Chew Aids for hygiene reasons. All of these products must be returned in the sealed packaging as sent. This does not affect your statutory rights.
