We ask that you make payment as soon as possible and in the event you are unable to, please contact us. Failure to do so may result in an eBay non payer alert. Once payment is cleared you will receive an email highlighting that we have recieved the payment.

 

We usually dispatch goods within 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery to occur. We are pleased to offer customers express delivery for urgent orders. This is an extra depending on the product, weight and delivery address

For items which are heavier than 2Kg's we normally ship via UK Mail or DPD within the UK. Please see Pricing Table below

EBAY / ARGOS CLICK & COLLECT

We also offer an Argos Click and Collect Service for all our products. It's a very simple service to use and is great for those who are at work or out and about. You can collect at you own convenience at your local Argos store.

Step 1

Choose the Click & Collect delivery option.

Select Click & Collect when you pay at checkout and choose the eBay Collection Point location you'd like to collect your parcel from.

Step 2

Wait for your collection notification.

As soon as your parcel is ready for collection, we'll send you a notification email (and text message if you've selected this option) containing a collection code.

Step 3

Pick up your parcel.

Head to your chosen store with your collection code and collect your parcel - it's that simple. You don't have to print off your code, just present it using your phone or tablet.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

For INTERNATIONAL buyers we highly recommend you use the eBay Global Shipping Programme. eBay will calculate the right postage cost for international buyers, depending on where they live. eBay will also calculate the estimated delivery time, including the time it takes for us to send the item to the UK Shipping Centre. You/The buyer pays this postage fee to cover the cost of international tracked postage from the UK shipping centre.
