THE IMPORTANT BORING BUT NECESSARY BIT - How to Provide your Customisation.
1. You can provide us your customisation by adding the two names to the message to seller section with your Paypal payment. If you miss this you can email us via eBay messaging.
2. The standard format for this type of charm is TWO names (max recommended 9 letters per name) Please be extra careful when typing in this information as the text we receive is the text we use. We can add more text but please be aware the more you add the smaller the font will need to be. The names are added to fill the space shown.
3. If you have any special requests for example the name to be all in capitals please make this clear when sending your message
4. If you require a name and date etc these can be done for you. You do not need to email us to check if this can be done before purchase.
5. We do not provide a confirmation email of custom made text received, due to the huge amount of custom made text request we receive. If there is any problem or we haven't received your custom text then we will email you via eBay, so please keep an eye out for this, otherwise we will be processing your order for delivery and let you know when dispatched.
6. In rare circumstances we may need to alter the position or font shown in the picture. If you provide us with too many names etc to fit on the charm we will also shorten this to fit.
7. ...and finally. Please note we are unable to add any names or text which may infringe on anothers copyright or trademark. Examples of this would be celebrities, football teams, band names etc . If you provide us with text that we believe infringes copyright then your order will not be produced and if we do not receive any alternatives it will be cancelled. We also cannot add text that is offensive or insults others including swear words etc.
The Daisy branded charm is 18 x 9mm in size, has a matt finish. On eBay all 18mm Daisy branded charms are new and packaged in a Daisy branded organza bag. All Daisy branded charms have the brand name Daisy Charm stamped on the back.
The Daisy charm brand is owned and distributed by JSC Jewellery in the UK
The picture show is not the exact item size and colours may vary slightly with stock.

We charge p&p per order NOT per item and offer combined postage on all items if paid for with one combined payment (unless stated in the auction description). If you are unsure how to combine payments please see our FAQ page. Items paid for individually may be posted and charged for individually.
We post items every week day, excluding public holidays and aim to despatch orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Items returned to JSC Jewellery for refunds/replacements are posted at the customers own risk and expense. It is recommended you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded delivery service when returning items.
