IT DOESN'T. eBay's logic is not sophisticated enough to deal with this,
so please be sure to factor in shipping separately from your offer. If
you do put in any condition text into your best offer, eBay's
Auto-Accept feature is blocked for your offer. Why is that important? I
had somebody put in a Best Offer and added the condition "Thank You",
which was nice, but it kept their offer from being auto-accepted. Later
that night, before I saw the offer, somebody else bought the item at

within 7 days of the item being received. eBay's new Managed Return
Process has too many holes and puts another barriers between the buyer
and the seller. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase,
please contact me through the eBay Messaging process so I can work with
you. Unfortunately, eBay has made a change to their system so sellers
cannot offer returns managed by the seller, the seller is force now to
either use eBay Manage Returns or select "No Returns Accepted" as the
business policy. Hopefully eBay will see the error in their ways and go

Poster will be very carefully rolled and shipped in a STURDY Poster Shipping Tube.

Yes, I can tell the difference between copies if a lower grade is returned.
