Because we use multiple suppliers, we first need to request an RA (Return Authorization) from the supplier your item originated from. If you want to return an item, you MUST first send us a message letting us know. We will coordinate the return with the supplier and forward you the return authorization and shipping labels. Items being returned for refund must be in original packaging shipped in and in the condition it arrived in. If your product arrives damaged, please send photo of damage to verify.
