OUR RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 30 day hassle-free returns. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price excluding any shipping charges. Exchanges are subject to availability.

1. Items must be unworn and in the same condition, as received.
2. Items returned with pet hair or smoke will be considered used and will not be accepted.
Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.
3. Items must still have tags attached, if new.
We do not accept returns after 30 days of receipt.
We do not give partial refunds for any reason.
4. To receive a refund, you must return the item.
We use eBay's Return Systems to process all returns. Simple select "Return this item" from your purchase history. If you are unable to access eBay return link, please contact us, about returning your item.

FROM A BUSINESS NOTE: Please bid only if you intend on paying. WE have had WAY too many non-paying Ebayers -- and it just isn't right. We depend on this small income and it takes A LOT of time to take pictures, list, etc. WE have 4 children at home and that takes the majority of our time right there. Also, please bid ONLY if you agree with the shipping fee. The shipping fee can include: the shipping itself (which just  went up again on Jan. 22nd); the packaging material; the money that Ebay takes from our shipping now (9%) and Paypal (another 4%); and the trip to the post office (gasoline, etc). Please make any inquires about prices and/or items BEFORE bidding!! We strive to work hard for our customers and appreciate our POSITIVE FEEDBACKS!! It just is NOT fair to bid on something and then leave neutral or negative feedback because YOU have decided the shipping is too high.
