CANCELLATION

As a general rule, you can't retract or cancel a bid. Once you place a bid, you agree to pay for the item if you're the winning bidder.

RETURN POLICY

You have received a Delivery Notice but are unable to pick up the item yourself, or a repetitive attempt to delivery has been made. Unfortunately, the delivered couldn't have been done, or reached you, and for that reason your local post has decided to ship your parcel back to us. regular re shipping fees will apply.
In the event you no longer want your return purchased figure. We will make a refund directly to your Pay pal account minus regular return shipping fees.

There will be a charge of $5.00 for retrieving orders within Japan for cancellations or change in address request after shipment. It may be difficult to reclaim parcels once shipped out from Japan to international destination.

Returns & Refunds
Although we make assurance doubly sure on the packaging items,
there may be any change shapes or broken at the time of arrival by any possibility.
