If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund if returned within 14 days of receipt.

Hair Extensions are a hygiene product so should be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that we cannot accept any used/worn or tempered product. Please check the colour and length before removing extensions from their packaging. If any part of the packaging (including the golden elastic band) has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange / refund.

How to care for your extensions

- Brush your hair with a soft bristle brush
- Avoid Blow-Drying. Even though it is okay to do so, this can cause frizz and dryness
- Get a leave-in conditioner or anti-frizz serum
- Sleep with your hair up

Can I dye these extensions

the hair is 100% human hair and can be dyed however we will not accept any liability for the outcome so it is important that you test a few bonds first before dying the whole lot as you will void any return rights once the hair is dyed.

We accept Paypal. After we receive full payment, we will send your item. All items are sent via Royal mail.If you have not received your item after 1 week of being sent, please contact us.

Returns
