SHIPPING/DELIVERY

 

-              We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business working days of receiving payment (this does not include bank holidays)

-              Generally all items ordered before 12pm are dispatched on same day

-              Otherwise they are dispatched the next day, assuming payment has been cleared

-              Depending on the weight, size and value of the item, they are dispatched either through royal mail or other courier

-              Delivery times vary from 2-5 business working days from date of dispatch

-              We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivering which are out with our control i.e customer not being in to receive the item, severe weather conditions, employee strikes etc

 

RETURNS 

 

-              If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item for exchange/refund within 14 days, excluding postage cost.

-              Where items are sold with free postage, and are returned other than not being faulty, then a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund for our postage paid to send the item out

-              Please inform us first, before sending any goods back

-              Customers are liable to pay the full postage costs to send any goods back, unless the product received initially is faulty or the product(s) is incorrectly sent

-              Returns are accepted if they are received unused, and in original packing condition, and any tags still attached.

-              We recommend goods are sent back via a secure postage method, where they can be traceable.

-              We are not responsible for goods that do not have proof of posting and any lost goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

-              Once goods received, we will within 1-2 business days process your refund or exchange, whatever requested
