Size 4-5 is a snug fit for 5" head size for dolls listed in the chart below but will also fit any doll with a head size betwee 4" and 5"
This wig will not fit dolls with heads that are over 5 inches by even a 1/4"
It also does not fit 12" fashion dolls such as Fashion Royalty/Barbie even though they wear a size 4 this wig is much too large
