PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The PowePlus Hippo is a rugged, bright 24 LED camping lantern. The LED array sit behind a central tubular diffuser making the light bright but not glaring. Brightness can be selected with a variable control knob. It also has an optional battery bay under the lantern base, so it can also be run on a spare 9v battery should you so wish.
The Hippo can be charged a number of ways:
By the integrated solar cell
Using the integrated dynamo
Through the USB port (cable included)
AC (AC USB charger included).
As if that's not useful enough you can also charge your mobile phone by using the integrated USB out port, so the Hippo really is your ideal companion for camping, boating, hiking, or other longer term outdoor activities.
