SHIPPINGMost
of the orders made between Monday to Friday are dispatched within 24
hours. Any orders placed on Friday and during the weekend will be
postponed to next Monday because we cannot post during the weekends.
We
ship within United Kingdom.Standard delivery can take 2-5 working days
(excluding dispatch time). To speed up the post, you could select 1st
class delivery option for an extra cost and that can normally takes 1-3
working days. For guaranteed next day delivery, you would need to select
an Express Delivery Option. Next day delivery is only applicable for
orders made from Mon-Thur. Orders made on Friday will be shipped on
Monday.
We
do not have control over shipping. Please contact us if you have waited
for a long time without receiving the product. Once the item is
confirmed as LOST by the post office after being 15 working days, a new
item will be sent to you or full refund will be provided. Please do not
file any claims before this period.
RETURN
Please
message us on eBay by attaching any photos (if required) if there is
any problem with the product you have received. We will contact you to
arrange for return.
We
offer 14 days return policy on all our items unless stated otherwise.
We do not accept return or provide refund/replacement after 14 days.
If
order is made by mistake and requires cancellation, we are only able to
cancel if the item is NOT dispatched and you will get 100% refund. If
the item has been dispatched, we do not take responsibility for order
made by mistake or for unwanted products. The item can still be returned
to us for refund, however we will not pay return postage and will also
deduct 20% handling fee.
The refund for any returned item will only be provided once the item has been returned back to us.
If
buyer provided incorrect address and the product is delivered somewhere
else, we will try our best to help you find the parcel. However, we are
sorry that we do not take any responsibility for the loss or if we dont
able to find the parcel. You must ensure that correct delivery address
is provided to us when ordering.
