Returns Policy

All returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Once approved, the item(s) must be shipped within 7 days of approval or your return might be invalid.

We provide return shipping label for any orders with errors or defects. However, if your item(s) is not within the boundary of manufacture defect nor shipping errors when received, we reserve the right to charge return shipping cost to you. We are very serious against false claims. Any attempts with intend to manipulate our system will result in appropriate repercussions.

• • All opened item(s) will be charged 15% restocking fee because of hygiene reasons.
  • All returned item(s) must be in same condition as it was received.
  • All items will be inspected prior to refund being issued.
  • A return authorization must be granted and the customer is responsible for all shipping, duty and taxes, if applicable.

We accept PayPal as preferred method of payment. Payment should be submitted no less than 4 days after purchase or eBay will automatically send non-paying bidder warning

          Shipping

Please verify the charges for each items cost before contacting us. All handling charges (including packaging) are included in the shipping charges.

International customer are responsible for applicable duties and taxes. Please leave a note during checkout if you require any attention to the package.

All order will be shipped to the address on file. No exceptions. If you made a mistake on address, please contact us as soon as possible. We require phone numbers for all international shipment for custom reasons. We do not share any of your information.
