Rejetting is important when changing exhaust pipes, intakes or air filter style. Jet Kit Parts used are very important along with elevation, exhaust and condition of your carbs. We have taken the above into account and designed kits for various elevation, air filters, intakes and exhaust system. Our setups consistently produce 30%-36% increase over stock performance depending on exhaust air filter and elevation of each setup. We also experience a consistent 38-40 mpg based on loads, wind, weight riding style coupled with right wrist action when testing!
If your carbs currently have after market stainless steel needles we highly recommend Ordering our Needle Jet Rebuild Service to fix the worn Needle Jets, the major cause of poor mileage and performance. Our CarbWorks Services include complete rejetting at the same time, eliminating the need to purchase this kit.
Optional Needles:
Recommended if Replacing Stainless Steel Needles installed less than 3,000 miles ago, otherwise a Needle Jet Rebuild Service is Highly Recommended due to the Needle Jet damage that would have already occurred. Replacing Needles alone won't be enough to fix your carbs.
Please let us know what AIR FILTER, EXHAUST SYSTEM and ELEVATION you are running so we can detail your Jet Kit properly. We cannot ship your order until we have that information!
