The phones do not charge when plugged into a charger and will not turn on unless an already charged battery is put into them. with a pre charged battery the phones turn on and work as intended, but will not be able to be charged by plugging the phone into a power source. . Cosmetically, The phones have marks and scratches, rated 6/10. The phones are from Verizon Wireless and should only work on it's network, however we cannot guarantee activation on any network.
