We ship USPS. Insurance is recommend. Priority shipping in the US includes up to $50. of insurance coverage. additional insurance may be needed on some items. For international shipping the cost is determined on price of item/s size weight, and where it is being shipped. Please email us for international shipping cost. 

If there is a big discrepancy in any description or an issue with item/s purchased, please contact us within 2 day of receipt of item/s and we will work together toward a resolution. If you want to purchase clothing, shoes, or sized, items please be sure to ask questions to determine fit before you order. If a refund is in order the purchase price will be refunded NOT to include shipping. Shipping cost is NON-refunable.
