- For non-defective items (i.e. the buyer orders a wrong item, changes mind, or if the package was refused by someone at the delivery address), the shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
- If buyer wishes to return a compatible/remanufactured item, it must remain unopened or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Items must be returned within 1 year from purchase date for replacement and 180 days for a refund.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within 2 business days of the returned item's delivery.
