- We give 1 year unconditional warranty against defects and 180 days money back guarantee! For defective items, we will pay for the return shipping cost if we are contacted within 180 days of your original purchase date.
- For non-defective items (i.e. the buyer orders a wrong item, changes mind, or if the package was refused by someone at the delivery address), the shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
- If buyer wishes to return a compatible/remanufactured item, it must remain unopened or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Items must be returned within 1 year from purchase date for replacement and 180 days for a refund.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within 2 business days of the returned item's delivery.
