We aim to despatch all items within 3 days although most items if ordered before 2pm will be despatched the same day. We do offer postage discounts if you are buying multiple items, the total will be calculated and any excess paid will be refunded.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to in its original packaging, unworn, in perfect condition with all tags still attached, within 14 days for a refund. All orders sent back for a refund will incur the postage charge.PLEASE NOTE ALL SHOW COSTUMES ARE MADE TO ORDER SO MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Any faulty items or items sent out in error on our behalf, all postage incurred by the customer to send the order back will be credited.

It is advised that you acquire proof of posting, as all goods remain your responsibility until they have reached our office.
