In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue a replacement.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, email us with a brief explanation of the issue and we will then arrange for a free replacement. If the customer wishes to return the mirror for any other reason, notify us within 14 days of receipt of the mirror. Items should be returned with a proof of delivery. Refunds will not include our P&P cost and items need to be returned in original packaging (otherwise no refund issued), at buyer's cost.
