Start a Return
1. To start a return, find the item in the Purchase history section of My eBay
and select Return this item. Select a
reason for returning the item.
Please do this before returning the item to us directly.
Return condition
2. Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice and reason
for return.
Refunds will be issued within 1-2
business days of receiving returned merchandise.
Shipping Charges
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns not related to mis-shipment or defective merchandise.
For returns of free-shipping items, standard shipping rates will be deducted from the refund (restocking fee).
Exchanges
4. We are sorry, but we do not offer exchanges. Our inventory turns over extremely quickly, so it is very difficult
for us manage the exchange of product.
Packaging Your Return
5. When returning a product, please ensure that the item is properly packaged.
Returning a Damaged Item or Received the Wrong Item
6. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error.
You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Please have the original order number, found on your invoice statement, when requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA#)
