Another stunning pattern and certainly a set of eye-catching clothing for baby to wear. This pattern gives you the instructions to complete a dress, jacket and bonnet for baby in a 4-ply yarn, with a lovely yoke design on the dress and jacket and stunning borders which link all items together. Further measurements and materials to complete this project are set out below and is taken directly from the original pattern. As this pattern was issued just as yarns were becoming standardised, you should be fine using a modern 4-ply, however do work a tension square to see if a change of needles is needed to obtain the tension stipulated in the pattern.
MATERIALS:

1 pair No.10 (3¼mm) & No.12 (2¾mm) needles
Stitch holders
5 buttons for dress
3 buttons for jacket
1 press fastener for dress
Ribbon for jacket and dress
MEASUREMENTS:
Chest- 20 [21] inches
Length from back neck Dress - 14 [15½] inches
Length from back neck Jacket - 11 [12] inches
Length of sleeve Dress - 2 [2] inches
Length of sleeve Jacket - 5 [5½] inches
Bonnet - 12½ [13½] inches
TENSION:
7 sts. and 9 rows to 1 inch over stocking stitch using No.10 (3¼mm) needles
