Bryn Walker designs are for women who demand comfort, quality and easy sophistication.  With a preference for luxurious fabrics, they create comfortable, honest and beautifully constructed garments and dye them in a rich palette every season. 

Based in Berkely, CA since 1992, Bryn Walker continues to design and produce clothing in the San Francisco Bay Area (the sweaters are imported) and enjoys a loyal and enthusiastic following with pieces which are timeless and versatile as well as practical. 

Fit/Sizing:

CAUTION: Bryn Walker clothing does NOT have standard sizing. Some styles are oversized and can fit several sizes larger than the tag indicates. Other styles are closer to standard sizing. PLEASE REFER TO THE PROVIDED MEASUREMENTS for each style, and also to the Measurement Info below.

We strongly recommend that buyers refer to the posted APPROXIMATE measurements for any given style, and to please take the time to read the following MEASUREMENT INFO: 

Measurements:

Bryn Walker items can vary somewhat in sizing and/or measurements from piece to piece. We measure a sample of each item and list those measurements for your use and reference. However, there may be differences between the sample measurements and the measurements of an item you receive due to this variability. Because of this, we are always happy to measure a specific item for you - please feel free to write and ask to have a particular color/size/style measured if you are unsure of fit.

Color/Dye Lots:

PACIFICOTTON by Bryn Walker 100% Cotton Mid-to-Heavier-Weight Jersey fabric clothing is cut and sewn, and then dyed in batches. Each time a batch is dyed, it has its own unique way of absorbing the dye bath, and as such, we often receive different shades of the same color in different shipments. When a customer orders a top and bottom of the same color in the same order, we always check for a match, and will contact the customer if we cannot find a matching set. Please note: If two Bryn Walker items (of the same labeled color) are purchased from different retailers, or at different times, they will often NOT match due to these dye lot issues. We are always happy to help a customer create a matching outfit; however, we recommend purchasing matching items at the same time whenever possible.
 
Using the “Mister Trick” when an item is a bit too snug:

Natural fibers stretch quite easily when wet/damp. If you find that your item is a bit snug/short/etc., you can typically gain 1-2+ inches in any given direction by using what we call the “mister trick”. Simply spritz the area well to dampen, and then either put the item on, or gently stretch the item in the direction you wish to gain some length/width, etc.   The fabric will stretch without pulling or causing stress to the seams. Then simply allow to air dry. Voila! Our customers LOVE this trick!
