Smooth Delivery: We strive to provide smooth delivery for every customer, but once the package is on the way, please understand we do not have control over them. Customers in remote area may have to pick up from the courier depot.
Delivery Instructions: All the deliveries we arrange have a default “Authority to Leave Safe” instruction. For any specific instructions, please leave at checkout.
No Po-Boxes: All the courier companies we use are general couriers, therefore we do not deliver to Post Boxes, please provide a physical address.

Shipping Cost
1. For small products.
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on locations. Perth store will cover WA region, and Melbourne store will cover SA, QLD, VIC, NSW, TAS, NT.
2. For big and heavy products.
Please contact us for a shipping quote. We will quote you two options:
- Door-to-door delivery,
- Picking up from the nearest courier depot to save your cost.
Pick up from Perth or Melbourne
We also provide pick up options from two store, one in Canning Vale, Perth and another one in Dandenong South, Melbourne. We open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please advise us when you process the order. You can pay on eBay, or process the order on eBay and pay when pick-up.

Forestwest offers a 12 month warranty on all products for private household use or domestic use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). If the product is for commercial use, then the customer is guaranteed for a 3 months warranty. Consumable components and accessories, like blades, wheels, belts, grinder discs , are not covered once used or for damage caused by general wear and tear.
It's Ok to change your mind
If you've changed your mind or purchased the wrong item, it's not too late for a refund. To entitle you the refund, we must be notified within 30 days from the purchase date, and the item must be in the original condition and sent back to us in the original package before any refund is issued.
