TESTIMONIAL. . . . Here are the unedited comments of a happy buyer of 3 of my 'log tables' [Oct. 25, 2004] "Tony, Well, the votes are in. The stools are a hit. My haughty little cat loves the crosscut stool. And my wife has installed it in a place of honor. It is incredibly beautiful. I love the way the edge undulates gracefully in and out from the center, and am grateful for the bracing underneath that should prevent the rather extruded arm from breaking off. The colors are deep and vibrant, and it fits so well into the rest of the house in spite, or should I say because of its unique appearance. I still can’t bring myself to sit on it. I did it once. That’s all I could bear. It’s just to pretty to sit on. My wife has no such inhibitions. My cat thinks she owns it. Perhaps she does. The other stool, rectangular, with a cedar plank for a seat, is now in my office. I’ve decided not use it instead of honoring it. At least one of these stools should be utilitarian, I think. Still, as I lower my rear end toward the stool, I pause momentarily to think about whether there’s anything metallic in my rear pockets, or on the pants themselves that might scratch the stool top. It’s too pretty to put at risk. I don’t know how I’m going to stand other people casually plopping down on its beautiful, red and tan features. Thanks for all your help and your generous pricing. Your works of art will grace our lives, and I suspect, our ancestors lives for generations to come. Regards, Curt R.
