      - add a few drops to soaking wet hair with your leave in conditioner. 

      - add 1-2 drops to dry, styled hair. 

      - massage 2-4 full droppers on the scalp as an overnight treatment.  A healthy scalp is the first step in healthy hair!

      - apply to the body after showering, before drying off.

      - add 2-4 full droppers into bath water.
