Welcome to our eBay Shop. Flitwick Motorcycles express outlet is the E-bay store for Flitwick Motorcycles.

We are a franchised Yamaha dealer of some 32 years standing, and offer a range of parts clothing and accessories in this our E-Bay shop. Please add us to your list of favorite sellers.

Payment

Flitwick Motorcycles will accept payment by Paypal, card, cheque, postal order , or you can collect in person.

We accept the following "plastic" cards MASTERCARD, VISA, MAESTRO, JCB and SOLO. and debit card. We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS or DINERS CLUB. 

If you choose to pay by card, just phone us with your details and  E-bay item number(s) to arrange payment by phone.Debit and Credit card payment made in this way can only be sent to the billing address, unless specifically agreed.


To pay by cheque or postal order please send with a note of the item and listing number you have won, and your e-bay user name.

Please note that If you wish to pay by cheque, then you need to allow an additional 5 working days for clearance,from the date we receive it before we can dispatch.


ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF United Kingdom TAXES.

Shipping

Generally all goods dispatched will need to be signed for, so it is essential that there is someone in to receive the goods. Please ensure that address's shown are accurate and correspond to the post office official post code address to avoid goods going missing, or non delivery. We cannot be held responsible if these conditions are not adhered to.

Please note we will not dispatch to post office box numbers, or to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland or Isle of Man- any bids placed on this basis will not be proccessed. 


Please Note. Our working week is Tuesday - Saturday so any purchases made on Sunday and Monday will not be dispatched until Tuesday.

Terms

Flitwick Motorcycles Express advise prospective buyers that the images on the pages of our e-bay store are intended as a guide only. Whilst these are derived from actual photographs, variations in colour of monitor phosphors and other display hardware may mean that actual colours and visible details of items might vary slightly from what you will see on screen- however we endevour to ensure that all descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible.


The buyer shall satisfy him or herself that the product which he or she orders from Flitwick Motorcycles Express store will be suitable for his or her intended use before finalising purchase. 


Flitwick Motorcycles Express ebay-store cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages, howsoever caused, since the use to which purchases may be put are beyond the control of Flitwick Motorcycles Express ebay-store.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days, even if you've changed your mind. This does not apply to motorcycles where the machine has been inspected before purchase and payment.

Before return, you should advise us by e-mail, fax or telephone as soon as possible that you wish to return the goods, with the reason. please note that unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied original postage will not be refunded. All items must be returned in a saleable condition, with all relevant packaging tabs, visor films and labeling intact, adequately packed and using the original packaging if possible.

The buyer is responsible for all return postage and insurance costs. In case of any claims, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods should be retuned to our premises, clearly marked as to the problem and the original invoice attached, We will inspection then  repair replacement or refund at the management's discretion. In these circumstances we will refund return postage costs.


We can also offer a collection service by courier for larger items for a cost of £10.00- please phone if this is required.

We recommend that all items to be returned are sent by a recordable method with a proof of delivery as we will not offer a refund for items which we have not received.


These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
