Most of our large and heavy items are delivered by our own vans to ensure the safe arrival of your furniture.

We occasionally use third party couriers to keep prices low and also offer a very quick delivery service. Our aim is to do everything in our power to respect the delivery times indicated on our listing.

In the event where you do not receive your package in the indicated time frame, please contact us.
An investigation will be conducted with the courier and we will do everything possible to arrange a quick re-delivery.

DELIVERIES TO SCOTLAND
Delivery charges for addresses in Scotland will be individually confirmed by our office.
In order to keep these charges to an absolute minimum and ensure that your furniture arrives in pristine condition, we deliver by using our van with 2 men to unload and place in a room of your choice.
