We do ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
All items with a value of more than AU $100.00 require a signature on delivery; please plan accordingly. We will be happy to remove the signature requirement on request; please contact our team before purchasing for details on what you require. Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package. Most support is managed in- house by our experienced service technicians and in most instances a quick solution to any problem can be reached both within, and outside the product warranty period.
We maintain critical spare parts so in most occasions, parts are on hand and ready to solve your issues within a timely period. If we don't have the part in stock, in most cases we can get it in for you despite the product's age.

We're ultra-selective about the electronics, materials, manufacturing process, quality control and finishes of every product. Put simply, we only sell the best. Unless otherwise stated, DIG offer a minimum 12 month warranty (24 months if listed in the description) on products used for private use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise).
More Info...If you've purchased in error you may be entitled to return the product for a partial refund. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the within 14 days of contacting us.
