What we have here is a vintage Canon AE-1 SLR camera body in silver & black. Moreover, while built in Japan between 1976-84, at it's time of release the Canon AE-1 was hailed as one of the best and advanved well built cameras on the market by professionals & reviewers alike. Furthermore, the Canon AE-1 has many innovative features which inturn offers, sharpness, user flexibility along with excellent weight & balance.  Therefore would make the ideal gift or treat to any street photographer or student.

As for the cosmetic condition. The camera isfully working and in very good condition although there is a intermittent cough when the shutter fires and would benefit from a service. However, the body reletivley is clean without haze or fungus to the internals. Moreover, the body and insides are in very good condition with age related marks & as such I'd rate it 7.5/10. (see pics)  SN 5448106. Comes with working battery & fitted neckstrap.
