ITEMS NOT RECEIVED: -
Royal Mail compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until 12 working days after the date of postage for 1st class post and 15 working days after the date of postage for 2nd class post.
We will always submit a claim as soon as Royal Mail timescales allow, once we have submitted a claim for non-delivery/damaged item against the Royal Mail we will arrange for a replacement item or a refund to be issued.
Please note that all Items we post via Royal Mail are sent on Royal Mail account, and us such they will only accept claims for missing/damaged items submitted by us.
All items are now fully barcoded and tracked by Royal Mail.
