Small envelope (141 x 79 mm), no contents, back flap intact and opened midway, addressed to "Hon. Richardson L. Wright, Frankford, Philadelphia Co., Penna.".   Docketing at left "J. Robinson, Adams Co. 1855".  Some age spots, toning, edge wear, etc.

BIO of Richardson L. Wright (1820-1904): Born in County Ulster, Ireland, immigrated as a child via Canada. He was a member of the PA legislature and Speaker of the House 1856-57. He died and is buried in Frankford County, PA.
