We have to charge the BUYER AGAIN ON THE SHIPPING FEE for shipping the package to the BUYER again. Or the BUYER can use his/her own shipping carrier AND Shipping Postage fees are NOT refundable.

We will proof the package was ship and drop to the Post Office and we do have "SHIP COVER INSURANCE" From eBay when the package was lost. Shipping Postage fees are not refundable.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted if the order you receive is NOT as described. Refund will usually be done within 5 days after receiving return items. All shipping postage fees are not refundable. (Excluding free shipping items).
