Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all accessories and product tags attached.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving. If you believe you have received an incorrect item or size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package, we will then either exchange the item for you or refund you.
Merchandise purchased online via the Lusty Chic website can be returned to our warehouse. Bodysuits and swimwear are non-returnable - due to hygienic reasons.
