Alvito filter insert "ABF Primus-SD"

The activated carbon block filter "ABF Primus-SD" is ideally suited to removing the enrichments in the drinking water, for example lead or copper, that come from the water pipes. Because of the excellent filter properties and the high performance spectrum for possible drinking water contamination, this carbon filter insert can be used in almost Allen commercially available 10" filter housings.

Allen Alvito filter inserts are very high-performance products. The most important difference is the flow rate depending on the line pressure. For small households we recommend the ABF Primus filter insert. If you value faster water filtering or if there are more than two people in your household, then we recommend the ABF duplex or the ABF twin filter insert.

The ABF Primus and ABF Duplex filter inserts are particularly suitable for elevated lead or copper levels in the water.

The exceptional filter fineness and the high flow rate of the ABF-Duplex and the ABF-Twin filter inserts are based on the combination of an activated carbon block element with special capillary membranes. In the ABF-Duplex, the capillary membranes are inside the activated carbon block; in the ABF-Twin, the capillary membranes are behind the activated carbon block.
