Once personalised, this ornament is no longer a decorative piece. It is a special decoration that has been selected with great care, that celebrates a moment and conveys the feelings of the sender.

This decoration is made of 3mm thick acrylic mirror featuring an exceptionally reflective surface on the front. Equipped with a pre-drilled hole, a ribbon is intricately woven through, ensuring it arrives ready to be effortlessly hung.

Measures 10cm on the longer side.

1. To get it personalised choose the 10cm Personalised from the drop-down menu

2. In the Personalisation Box, enter the name to be etched on the decoration, max 10 characters. Please ensure to double check the spellings, punctations and capital letters. Refund/replacement will not be accepted in cases where incorrect information has been supplied. In the customization field, please specify your preferred ribbon colour. If no preference is indicated, a default red ribbon will be elegantly threaded onto the decoration.

  • All our measurements are in Centimetres, to work out the measurement in inches, please use Conversion Rate of 1cm=0.39 inches
  • These are Acrylic Mirrors (not Glass Mirrors), feel free to email us with any questions regarding the product.
  • In case of any issue with the order or product , please email us via ebay messaging service, before opening a Return case or leaving a Negative Feedback. All emails are answered promptly and every issue can be resolved in a friendly manner.

All orders are despatched within 2 working day after the receipt of the payment and delivered in next 2-3 working days.

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, email us with the picture of the damaged item, we will replace it free of charge. If the customer wishes to return the mirror for any other reason, notify us within 14 days of receipt of the mirror. Items should be returned in the original packaging with a proof of delivery at the buyer's cost.
