If any replacement that is out of stock or back order, our Return Department will issue a refund to the customer.
- Most of the case for return items, shipping and handling are non-refundable unless it is approved by Return Department.
- Any item that is approved for return for exchange, item will need to be in brand new condition, which mean that the item is never install and it needs to be kept in the original packaging. Otherwise there will be a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
