Delivery:

RETURN POLICY

Wrong Items Delivered and Faulty Goods:

If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us through ebay (within 14 days of receipt) so that we can arrange to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Change of mind:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 14 working days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition. If you are returning the goods for a refund, we will refund the full amount that you have paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but the return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
