Delivery & Returns

We aim to ensure all our products reach you in top condition; however there may be occasions when you need to return an item to us. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. This is known as the '7 Day Cooling Off Period'. You must notify us by email of your intention to cancel. After notification we will email you a Returns Form that must be returned with the goods you are returning.

Products may not be accepted unless a Return Form has been issued by Wow Discounts and returned with the goods.

If you wish to return an item which is unwanted or damaged on arrival you must notify us within 7 days. With damaged products we will require photographs of the packaging so please retain this.

If a fault occurs with a product within 28 days of receipt you will be entitled to a refund.
