Payment - We prefer payment to be made via Paypal, but also accept cheques and crossed postal orders made payable to Jungle Jacks Pet Store Ltd. Item will be release on clearance of funds.

Postage & Packing - We keep our shipping prices to the absolute minimum and do not make any profit on them.

 All items are dispatched within two working days, most are sent same day. For smaller items we use Royal Mail. If the Item has to go courier it will display 'other courier' and the price at the top. A surcharge is will be charged via a Paypal 'Money Request' for courier items to the postcodes shown below. The item will not be released until the surcharge has been paid. Royal Mail first class to the below regions is the same as mainland UK for small items.

Returns - All items are inspected as suitable for sale and fit for purpose before dispatch. Any returns MUST be notified to Jungle Jacks Pet Stores Limited via eBay within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
