If you wish to return an item, please contact us via eBay, stating the reason for the return. Please note we do not cover the return postage charge on unwanted returns.

Items must be in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund. We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post, so we recommend you use a tracked and signed-for service when returning items.

All our products are checked and in working order when dispatched. In the unlikely event We may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged goods for our reference.

Delivery of your VAXY products is free!   We use Royal Mail, myHermes, InPost, DPD Etc

Free delivery is usually 3-5 working days. Please note that Free delivery to UK Mainland only. Please contact us first if you require delivery outside of UK Mainland (Northern Island is not considered as UK Mainland by courier companies)

We can offer Express delivery service to UK Mainland for additional price of £5.99:

DPD, UPS: Please note that if you order and pay before 11am it will have a greater chance of next-day delivery. However this is not guaranteed.

Royal Mail 1st Class: aims to deliver the next working day however this is not guaranteed.

We also deliver in Europe. Please get in touch with us to find out the delivery charges.

Please ensure you select or add the correct delivery address when the transaction is complete.

Please note that if a parcel is returned by the courier due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer then the buyer is responsible for the full cost of re-dispatching the goods.

When occasionally there is a delay due to an unusual situation, please let us know and we will try our best to solve your problem ASAP.

If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave a calling card with information for you to arrange collection or re-delivery.

If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery of your parcel/s within the post office's specified time frame, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens then you will have to re-pay P&P cost for us to re-send the item to you. 

Delay of delivery & loss of parcel: Most couriers’ offer an item lost service after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK mail or 25 WORKING DAYS for the INTERNATIONAL mail, therefore we can only send a replacement out after that time.
